Sharpen your form and master the fundamentals of CrossFit in this supportive, step-by-step class. Great for all levels—whether you’re learning new movements or refining your technique alongside our sober active community. The month of November we will be working on Handstands for our skill. This includes but not limited to; wall walks, handstand push ups, handstand walks, and any scaled version. As always, we will meet you where you at are for your skills.
The month of December is Barbell Skills. This includes but not limited to; Olympic Lifts (Snatch & Clean and Jerk), Overhead Squat, and Power Lifts (Squat, Benchpress and Deadlift). As always, we will meet you where you at are for your skills.
