Come to this all levels hot yoga class. Vinyasa flow will give a full body workout and focus on flexibility, balance, and core strength. You’ll learn to be more in tune with your body and also learn to observe yourself (and others) in a non-judgmental way. We’ll end every class with mindfulness practices to have you leaving grounded and centered (and sweaty).
Mat, towel, water, and curiosity! In house mats are available for you to use if needed.
