This is a “beginner” or Fundamentals class. It consists of functional jiujitsu warm up, solo and paired drills, technique demonstration and practice, and finalized with sparring/live training. A uniform (gi) is necessary and you may bring your own or borrow one from us on a first come first served basis. Socks on the mat are not recommended. Bringing flip flops or sliders to walk outside of the mat is mandatory (e.g., goin to the bathroom) You should use a tight shirt, no pockets, and shorts or tight pants under the gi.
