This 75-minute class blends Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, and sound healing for a deeply calming experience. We’ll start with gentle Yin poses, held to release tension and quiet the mind. Then, settle into a restful Yoga Nidra practice, known as “yogic sleep,” to guide you into deep relaxation. The session ends with a soothing sound bath using singing bowls and chimes to harmonize your energy, leaving you grounded and refreshed. Perfect for all levels—come as you are and nurture yourself.
We have all the props you need at the studio but if you have your own and prefer, bring them.
