This Yin based class will be adapted for all levels of experience. Curated playlists will vary from class to class. Yoga will last for one hour and will be followed by a 25 minute group meditation - stay for it as long as long as you like. If 10 minutes is your jam, stay for 10 and depart!
Bring yourself as you are. All are welcome. Mats and props are provided anded you are also welcome to bring your own! Yoga costume not necessary.
