HIIT combines powerlifting, olympic lifting, and other plyometric exercises using your body weight, sandbags, weighted vests, and medicine balls. As the name suggests, it’s designed to get you moving and get that heart rate up! All our instructors have CF-L1 certification, and some have a NASM certification.
