This workshop was specially designed for all those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. If that, is you, please join us to learn the benefits of meditation and journaling, and how to use these tools to uncover a deeper sense of self.
Angelica will guide the group through a meditation, followed by a journal reflection on the experience. Through this journal reflection, participants will be invited to work towards a personal definition of self-growth, envision their future self, and gain clarity on what can be released in order to continue the journey of growth.
For this workshop you are invited to bring the following:
- Pen and paper, journal, notebook, or something to write with for the journal reflection.
- Anything that will make you feel comfortable: pillows, blankets, a sweatshirt, etc.
- An open heart and mind.
Angelica (they/she) is a black, queer, non-binary, 200-hour yoga and meditation teacher. They are passionate about mindful movement and healing through community.
