Join Kelvin Young in a 60-minute livestream event. Kelvin will share his recovery story in honor of National Recovery Month and close with a sound healing practice.
Kelvin offers a holistic approach to relaxation, transformation and healing through sound. During sessions, Kelvin plays the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes and other healing instruments (tools) to activate the relaxation response to calm your mind, relax your body, and nourish your soul.
The meditative sounds promotes healing from chronic stress, muscle tension, addictive behaviors, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, stuck emotions, unprocessed trauma, high blood pressure and other stress-related chronic health conditions.
Together, we’ll create a safe space for you to connect with your body, emotions and intuition for rejuvenation, mental clarity, and insight.

About Kelvin Young
Kelvin is a certified sound healer and owner of Kelvin Young, LLC. He is also a person in sustained recovery which means he hasn’t used alcohol or any other drug to cope with his mental and emotional distress since March, 6th 2009. Kelvin received his recovery coaching training at CT Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) and his Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) certification at Recovery University. (Advocacy Unlimited) He is also trained in Intentional Peer Support (IPS) and Emotional CPR. (eCPR) The first time Kelvin was exposed to sound healing, he discovered the sounds of the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and gongs calmed his mind, relaxed his body and nourished his soul. He went on to study sound healing with Master Sound Healers, Tony Nec of Sound Healing Academy, Zacciah Blackburn of The Center of Light, Paul Hubbert of the Holographic Sound and Inner Balance and Satya Brat Jaiswal of the International Academy of Sound Healing. Kelvin has also studied with Brian Luke Seaward of Inspiration Unlimited, a renowned international expert in the field of holistic stress management.
