All are welcome to join this yoga class hosted by CIC. It is open to all levels & abilities in a fun and encouraging environment. Modifications & alternative poses are incorporated to give everyone exactly what they need to honor their body while exploring it's boundaries. The classes will be designed to offer variations to build one's strength, balance, & flexibility. In doing so, anyone can join a class at any time while those who come regularly will learn to expand their practice.
Bring a friend and a bottle of water. All supplies (mats, blocks, straps, pillows) are provided by CIC. If you prefer to bring your own personal yoga supplies, you're welcome to do so.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to settle in your space. If you are new, you'll need to complete a waiver and an optional survey. Please discuss any special needs, sensitivities, and/or accommodations with the instructor before class begins.
