Kundalini yoga is gentle, trauma-informed, and suitable for all experience levels. Class involves a warm-up, a short set of moving, mostly-seated postures paired with breathwork, a simple meditation and ends with a long Shavasana/Relaxation. Music played softly in class.
Please bring a yoga mat and/or a blanket and dress in layers. Yoga mats also available at the studio.
Street parking is available. Entrance to the class is on Euclid, NOT Anaheim. There’s a blue door with a keypad. If the door is closed, please knock gently. We do close the door at the start of class and it locks automatically.
