I am thrilled to host a strength and conditioning class for The Phoenix! As a person in recovery myself, I understand the importance of building both physical strength and a strong support network. This all-levels class is designed to be inclusive and welcoming, whether you're new to strength training or more experienced. My focus is on creating a positive, encouraging environment where everyone can safely challenge themselves, connect with others, and grow stronger together. After the class participants will be welcome to goto principles coffee shop - a sober space around the corner!
Just athletic clothes and a water bottle!
