Strongman 101. Carry, Load, Carry Medley. This will be a workshop on a Sandbag Carry, Load over Bar set at 52 inches, then an Axle Zercher Carry back to the original starting point. Work up to a challenging weight you can safely move within 60 seconds. Try to beat your own time each round.
