Mary Long: Taking Pause to Take Care of Yourself

#106: As a social worker and person in recovery, Mary Long (she/her) knows that her past experiences are some of her biggest assets when it comes to helping other people. When Mary started her recovery journey she did not foresee her life being this impactful. Now her story has meshed together in beautiful and painful ways, solidifying her sense of purpose in the mental health community.
