Join us for Phoenix Barbell Club, where we focus on strength, technique, and community! Whether you're new to lifting or an experienced athlete, this class provides a welcoming space to develop your skills in Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. An optional workout will be posted featuring one of the Olympic weightlifting lifts (Snatch, Clean & Jerk) or the three powerlifting lifts (Deadlift, Bench Press, Back Squat). Volunteer coaches will be available to guide you through proper form and technique, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all skill levels or the three Powerlifting lifts (Deadlift, Bench Press, Back Squat)
