🔥Join us for our “30/30” Spin Class combining a 30-minute Focus Ride with 30 minutes of strength training in our NEW outdoor Strength Space. Start on the bike with rhythm-based intervals that ignite your energy, then move to your own designated bench for guided, progressive weight training using dumbbells. ❤️🔥 PIVOT CYCLE STRENGTH supports our community, many of our staff & members are sober and so we’re proud to sponsor 5 slots in this weekly class ($27 value) for members of The Phoenix with at least 48 hours of sober time. 🌟 You’ll need cleats to clip into our bikes. 💫 Don’t have any? Rent a pair of ours for $5. 🌟 We have a water refill station on site. 🌟 You’re gonna sweat, so bring a towel!
Please arrive early. Class starts right at 9:00 AM, so arrive with enough time to fill out our waiver, get a tour, and get sized up and clipped in! 🅿️ We have a private parking lot but recommend getting in early to find metered street parking!
