🎶 "Bikes and Beats" 🚴‍♂️ Spin Class! Tell the front desk you've been invited as guest of Instructor 🤠 Hans Braga and/or let them know you're there with the Phoenix! You'll want to be early to find parking and sign the waiver. 🙏 Don't be late, please!

What to bring?

🏋‍♂️ John Reed is graciously hosting us and provides small towels, but know that you'll have to bring a water bottle because you're guaranteed to sweat! 😅😛 Please come knowing you'll be repping the movement to destigmatize recovery and live sober!
