What to bring?

🏋‍♂️ John Reed is graciously hosting us and provides bikes and small towels, but know that you'll have to bring a water bottle because you're guaranteed to sweat! 😅 ⏰ Be early; you'll be repping the movement to destigmatize recovery and live sober! 💫

Please be on time for our Phoenix check-in, to sign the e-waiver, and to meet y(our) community! 🤗 Note: Without a JR membership, y(our) access to the gym is limited to the class. 🚗 Parking next door is less than $5 with validation.
