About the event

Join Seek Healing for a healing-centered space designed exclusively for Black, Latinx, Indigenous, and People of Color. This practice invites participants to come together in community, connect authentically, and share experiences in a space rooted in safety, respect, and cultural understanding. This meeting is for Black, Latinx, Indigenous, and People of Color ONLY, to ensure a space of belonging, safety, and shared lived experience. Through guided conversation and mindful listening, we explore what authentic connection feels like and how it supports our collective healing and resilience.
