Come learn boxing techniques at Old School Boxing Gym. We will go over shadow boxing, heavy bag work and mitt work. We will also incorporate cardio and strength specific work. We will meet you at your skill level and become better together.
Wear appropriate workout attire. Bring a water bottle. Boxing gloves are provided, hand wraps are not. You may bring your own gloves and wraps if preferred.
