Come learn boxing techniques. We will go over shadow boxing, heavy bag work and mitt work. We will also incorporate cardio and strength conditioning. We will meet you at your skill level and become better together.
Wear appropriate workout attire. Bring a water bottle. Boxing gloves are provided, hand wraps are not. You may bring your own gloves and wraps if preferred.
Please enter through the front door facing the street. Sign in at the front. For first time people to the gym, there is a gym liability waiver to sign as well.
