Boxing! There's a good pre-workout, then training with the coaches on how to box or improving the skills you already have. Fun stuff and a great workout.
Exercise clothes and shoes. Bring water or a bottle for water provided by the gym. Boxing wraps and gloves are provided, though feel free to bring your own if you have them.
Park and enter in the back of the facility.
