Join us for our Beginner Boxing class—no experience necessary! This is a welcoming, high-energy class that focuses on the fundamentals of boxing: footwork, stance, punches, and combinations, all while building strength, coordination, and confidence.
Workout clothes and shoes Water bottle A willingness to try something new Gloves are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you’ve got ‘em. Let’s hit it—together.
