This class is open to all fitness levels and focuses on technique, conditioning, and empowerment—no sparring or physical contact involved. We’ll mix in some MMA- and kickboxing-inspired movements to keep things dynamic and fun, giving you a full-body workout that builds strength, confidence, and grit. Whether you’re brand new or have some experience, you’ll get a great sweat in a supportive, judgment-free community.
No experience needed Gloves provided (or bring your own) Please wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes.
