About the event

Learn to box in a friendly environment with your peers in recovery! FlowState Fighting and Fitness partners with Secret Pages Brazilian JiuJitsu to bring you a fully immersive MMA experience that starts with your basic punches and mitt holding skills.

What to bring?

Bring boxing gloves and hand wraps if you have them. Loaners are available on a first come first serve basis.

Special instructions

We are up the hill towards Star Hill Athletic Center. When the road splits bear left towards the construction company. The parking lot is at the top of the hill on the right. If you have trouble finding us call (860)-916-3760
