We will do 6 rounds of holotropic breath-work followed by an ice bath (optional) led by an instructor from mindbodyproject.org Holotropic breathwork is a therapeutic practice that uses rapid, deep breathing for healing. Benefits may include emotional release, trauma processing, reduced anxiety and depression. Research suggests it can foster relaxation, support mental health, and promote personal growth. Ice baths may reduce muscle soreness, inflammation, and stress, improve mood and sleep, and enhance recovery after exercise. Some studies suggest possible benefits for metabolism and immune function.
