Breathwork for Emotional Release. Holotropic style breathwork. Welcome to a warm community event where we dive deep into non-ordinary states of consciousness through the power of breath. The event is located outdoors in safe gated backyards oasis. Spots are limited and must be booked in advance.

What to bring?
