This offering will guide attendees through basic breathwork techniques and a guided meditation. We will explore how stress accumulates in our nervous system to begin to develop strategies for activating the relaxation response. No experience needed.
A blanket, snack for yourself, and a water bottle.
Breathwork can be activating. You know your body best. Please note that this offering is voluntary and you can leave at anytime while we are together. You are reaponsible for yourself.
