this is helpful exercise to de stress, relax. breathe , focus on mind being still , quiet , no thinking, use as opportunity to focus on Gods nature , hear sounds of birds, other animals, what you are smelling , seeing , hearing , even connect with God .
yoga mat ( if have ), or blanket , water bottle , sunglasses ( if want)
arrive 15 min early to get situated so can be fully ready to start
