This chair-based class supports strength, balance, and mobility using the chair for stability and support throughout. Movement includes gentle strength work, stretching, and low-impact options, with adaptations offered so participants can move at their own pace. Moments of breath awareness or quiet grounding may be included to support focus and relaxation, always optional. No floor work and no pressure—participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and rest as needed.
