This group offers a supportive space for Phoenix community members living with chronic conditions to connect with others who understand the challenges of managing them. Together, we will explore wellness and self-care practices to navigate our journeys with greater awareness, compassion, and resilience. It is important note that no medical advice will be given in this space.
