You're invited to throw down with this 7pm Strange Fitness class! This is primarily a strength training class, with a focus on improving overall strength and conditioning utilizing a variety of techniques. Please arrive early 4 setup and meet & greet!
A towel! All are welcome & if you're new to strength training, please arrive 15m early and be patient with yourself. Come prepared to take it slow and easy with the array of exercises - there will be options and modifications available.
Parking is ample. Strange Fitness is found by driving to the back end of the industrial complex.
