They call this class “Circuit Breaker” and it is! This fast-paced 60-minute High-Volume class is fantastic! 💥 Join me and we’ll workout together to tackle eight different exercises, each performed for five rounds. This class is designed to target muscle growth and toning, fat burn and weight loss, as well as building strength and cardio endurance. Tell the front desk you've been invited as guest of Coach William 🤠 and tell them you're with The Phoenix! You'll want to be early to find parking and sign their liability waiver please! Look out for our Phoenix crew amongst the class! 🫂😊
