Community Yoga

About the event

All levels one hour yoga class followed by 15 minutes or more of community connection time

What to bring?

If you have a yoga mat, blanket, or other props that will support you. We have mats, blankets, bolsters, and blocks available for you. Dress comfortably and bring water to drink.

Special instructions

Annex Building, small parking lot to the left. Facing the front of the church, drive all the way around to the back left. The building we are in will be on your right. Look for the Phoenix sign!
