Sharpen your form and master the fundamentals of CrossFit in this supportive, step-by-step class. Great for all levels-whether you're learning new movements or refining your technique alongside our sober active community. The month of December is Barbell Skills. This includes but not limited to; Olympic Lifts (Snatch & Clean and Jerk), Overhead Squat, and Power Lifts (Squat, Benchpress and Deadlift). As always, we will meet you where you at are for your skills.
January Skill: Rig Movements (ring rows, toes to bars, pulls up, muscle ups, etc.) February Skill: Double Unders March Skill: Handstands (pike pushups, wall walks, handstands pushups & walks) April Skill: Barbell Movements (Olympic & Power Lifts)
