Silk Fan flow class. What Are The Flow Arts? The term "flow arts" encompasses the emerging movement-based artforms that integrate dance and creative exploration of movement with skill-based prop manipulation. In this case the prop is a fan with silk attached that creates a beautiful display. This is quite the low impact work out to build arm strength.
