About the event

Join our facilitated drum circle! A leader will set a steady beat, giving you the freedom to add your own rhythms on drums, shakers, or other instruments. Whether you're experienced or new, come and explore personal expression within a shared rhythm, guided by a steady collective pulse. Drums and shakers are provided, but feel free to bring your own!
