⭐️ FREE with at least 48 hours of sobriety (the only requirement to attend!). ✨Step into a judgment-free, substance-free space for uninhibited movement, authentic expression, and pure freedom. Guided by a curated musical journey, this is a free-form experience designed to help you drop out of your head and into your body. 🌊We’ll begin with an opening circle and introductions to go over the guidelines, followed by guided movement to help you ease into your body before diving fully into the sound and open floor. Safe, welcoming, consent-based, and inclusive—no experience necessary, come as you are!
👕 Comfortable Clothing: Wear whatever you are comfortable moving and possibly sweating in 🚰 Water Bottle 👣 Footwear: Socks or Barefoot are encouraged
🕐 Arrival Time: Aim to arrive around 12:45 PM so we can gather, settle in, and begin together. 🚪 Venue Entry: Enter through the gate on the side of the church. 📵 Phone-Free Dance Floor: No photos or videos allowed in the dance area
