About the event

An ecstatic dance party is a free-form, judgment-free dance event that focuses on personal transformation. There will be a heartfelt, immersive set, guiding us through waves of tenderness, passion, and joy. Let the music inspire your soul to open, inviting vulnerability, playfulness, and authentic expression. Participants will be encouraged to move with love, celebrating the beauty of connection within ourselves and with others and the world. Surrender to the rhythm and let love guide your every step in this transformative celebration of unity & heart. April 17 & 24 will be the last Ecstatic Dances at this location.

What to bring?

Come with an open heart and bring water to stay hydrated.

Special instructions

Meet at the from at 7:50 pm. Wear clothes that allow you to move freely, like you would for yoga/comfy full expression. Scent-Free: Please avoid heavy scents or perfumes to respect other's sensibilities. The dance floor is Shoes-Off and is carpeted.
