A golden-hour back yard gathering of mindfulness. An evening at the Alderson residence for meditation, sound healing, safe space and community. This event is outside so dress accordingly. Portable chairs and water are encouraged but not required. Pets on-leash allowed. Accessible for all ages, and abilities. Parking available in the adjacent bank lot. Walking distance to the town square with local restaurants and businesses. Meets in-person weekly rain or shine ✨ together we rise.
Weather appropriate apparel, comfortable shoes, water, an open mind and a friend are all encouraged.
If driving, park in the Pilot Grove bank parking lot adjacent to the yellow house or on the street parking available on W. Clay St.
