A sound bath is a relaxing, meditative experience where you lie down and “soak" in the vibrations of sound. Despite the name, there is no water involved; the "bath" refers to being completely submerged in the soothing soundwaves created by instruments like crystal singing bowls, rain stick, and chimes. We have Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets you can use. But feel free to bring anything else that will help you feel comfortable (pillow, eye mask, jacket). Water and tea is also available.
Arrive 10min b4 Event will start on time and door will be locked as to not disrupt the flow for participants. Free parking. Enter the building through any door & take elevator to 2. Exit elevator turn right, then left. Suite 210 is the last door on right.
