Join us for a fun, team-based workout inspired by real-life firefighting movements. This 60-minute class uses a relay-style format with rotating roles (work, pace, rest) to build strength, endurance, and teamwork. You’ll move through four functional stations including sled pushes, farmer’s carries, step-ups, and more — all designed to challenge you while keeping things engaging and supportive. All fitness levels welcome. Come ready to move, sweat, and have fun with the community.
