About the event

We’re heading out to Lake Mead tomorrow for a morning of fishing at Hatchery Cove/Saddle point. Plan is simple—get some lines in the water, hang out, and enjoy the morning before it gets too hot. Good chance for striped bass and catfish out here.

What to bring?

Bring your rod, tackle, water, snacks, sunscreen, and a chair. A cooler with ice isn’t a bad idea if you plan to keep fish. We’ll have some extra gear if needed.

Special instructions

Fishing runs 6 AM to around 12 PM. Entry is free before 6:30 AM, after that it’s $25 per car. We’ll be set up at Hatchery Cove—look for the blue EZ up canopy.
