About the event

We’re meeting up at Floyd Lamb Park this Sunday for a morning of fishing. The lake was stocked with catfish last Friday, so it’s a good time to get out there. Plan is simple—fish, hang out, and enjoy the morning before it gets too hot.

What to bring?

Bring your rod, tackle, water, snacks, sunscreen, and a chair. No fishing license is needed here. We’ll have a little extra gear for anyone who needs it.

Special instructions

We’ll be fishing 6 AM–11 PM at the main pond. Parking is free before 6:30 AM, after that it’s $20 per vehicle. Bring drinks and snacks to stay comfortable. Early arrival gives you the best shade and the best bite.
