This week for Bar skill, we will be working on barbell push press. For the workout we will do a couplet of Barbell Push Press with Wall Ball Ab Mat situps. If you have been coming to Tuesday classes for the past 6 weeks, this will be a progression of what we have been learning with barbell strength; deadlifting from the ground, to hang power clean to the shoulder, then start the reps for push press.
