Hi everyone, This week we will be working on Hang Power Cleans for strength and technique. And the workout will be Hang Power Cleans, Pullups/Ring Rows, and Box/Plate Jumps. The Bar Technique progression for the next few weeks will be Push Press, Overhead Squat, and ending with Thrusters Next Cycle of Bar Technique will be Hang Muscle Snatch, Sumo Deadlifts, Hang Power Snatch, Hang Squat Clean, and interspersed with the other bar cycles we have learned. We've been doing Couplets for the workouts after strength, which has two movements. After you all are getting more proficient with bar cycling, we will do Triplets(3 mvmts) in the workout
