This week for strength, we will be working on Front Squats. The workout will consist of running, pullups/Ring Rows, thrusters, and rowing. If you are working on pullups, I would recommend using the class Workout to work om the skill. The finish time shouldn't be the main goal, if you yoi are working on a long term goal. Maybe do 1 pullup, then 4 ring rows. and repeat that until you finish all the prescribed reps. Or step farther out for your ring rows, do a few challenging reps, then go to your regular reps for that movement *I won't be instructing class on Tuesday, May 26th next week. But anyone if welcome to join my workout at 4pm that day
