Today we will be working on Front Squats for strength. This will be a great day to learn to barbell cycle different barbell movements we have been working on the last 8 weeks. It will consist of Deadlifts, Front Squats, Hang Power Cleans, Back Squats, and Overheas Press. I will explain the workout, demonstrate the movements, and give you time to warmup to your working weight for the workout.
