This week for strength, we will have 20 minutes to get to a 1 rep max for Bench. And the workouts main movement will be pushups, with 2 other movements. For the next 5 weeks, each Tuesday foe strength, we will have 20 minutes to work to a 1-rep max, starting with Bench, then Power Clean, Back Squat, Overhead presss(Push Press), and Deadlifts. Technique will be very important to get to your 1-rep max, because it will help to move the weight smoothly. The 6th week we will learn how to do Overhead Squats, which will lead progressions of learning how to do power snatches the next 4 weeks(High Hang Sn, Hang Squat Sn, Low Hang Sn, and Power Snatch
