I haven't left for my trip yet, so why not have class. we are still on our 1-rep max journey, and this week will be Deadlifts. 20 minutes to build to a heavy deasdlift. The WOD(workout of the day will consist of deadlifts. and 1 or 2 other movements. Next week, I think we will work on a different movement, "Overhead squat" from the rack. Focus of this movement will be overhead mobility, keeping the chest up, and finding what depth you can do on the squat without breaking form.
