We are doing a strength and stretch session. This class can be for beginners, or people that have been physically active for some time. Movements can be modified, or scaled up to make them more challenging. We'll start off with some dynamic warmup, then demonstration of the movements and focusing on what muscles they are working, and then the workout. Then we will end with a relaxing stretch session, led by Jackie.
